Annual Tuition 2011-2012
Tuition for lessons at Exclusively Ballet & Dance is an annual fee, which is paid in 10 monthly installments. The annual fee is based on the total number of hours of study per week. As the number of hours per week increases, the overall hourly rate decreases.
Each class is guaranteed to meet a minimum of 35 times during the school year. Should any one class meet less than 35 times due to bad weather, etc., make-up classes will be scheduled.

Fees Due at Registration
Fall Registration (non-refundable): 
One student per family, or first student   $110.00/ 130.00      
Additional Students in a Family                $ 57.50/ 77.50 each               

• Preschool I & II                  $70.00 (one costume)              
• Preschool III                      $70.00 per discipline (2 costumes)         
• Technique                         $75.00 per discipline (2 costumes)        
• Intermediate/Level I –V     $90.00 per discipline                     

• Monthly - 10 equal payments:  The first month’s (August) tuition is due with registration.  Tuition payments are due the first day of each month, beginning in August.  A $20.00 Late Fee will be added to any account not paid by the 10th.
• 2 - Payment Plan - 5% Discount:  First payment is due with registration; the 2nd payment is due on January 1.
• Annual Payment Plan - 10% Discount:  Payment is due with registration.
• Tuition is due the first day of each month.  WE DO NOT SEND OUT INVOICES. The account is past due if not paid on or before the 10th of the month.  After the 10th, a $20.00 Late Fee is due in addition to the regular payment. A service charge of $30.00 will be assessed for any returned checks.
• MISSED CLASSES - Any missed class may be made up in a similar level within one month of the missed class.  Please check with your child’s instructor for her recommendations.  No refunds or reductions are made for missed classes.
• CANCELLATION - You may withdraw from any or all classes by giving 30 days written notice to the office. There are no refunds on pre-paid tuition except in the case of medical inability of the child to continue.
